Shock Fitness is the creation of certified fitness expert Terrance Joyce. With over seven years of experience, he is a much sought after expert in his field. Terrance believes in empowering his clients through fitness and healthy living. His clientele includes professional athletes whom being in peak physical shape is of paramount importance, elite business leaders who demand the very best, and those whom fitness and well being is a priority.
As a certified Personal Trainer with the National Federation of Professional Trainers (N.F.P.T.), Terrance has developed his own unique training methods. He applies concepts of strengthening, stretching and conditioning to ensure his clients achieve their optimal fitness levels. Terrance has worked with people who simply want to strengthen and tone, to those suffering from various conditions such as sports injuries, thyroid problems, obesity and other chronic health issues. Every client is assessed personally and follows an individualized program to suit their needs.
As Head Trainer, Terrance set-up and managed the unique outdoor fitness facility at the exclusive Lake Joseph Club in Muskoka. Terrance provided customized sports programs for a variety of athletes, including NHL hockey players and competitive golfers, and also for those looking to improve their daily lifestyle, including weight and pain management.
In addition, Terrance has initiated and developed corporate wellness programs in Toronto. He designed individualized programs for executives and employees, which resulted in the increase of corporate moral through physical well-being.
Terrance also has a strong relationship with a select group of prominent practitioners in the Toronto area. Under Shock Fitness’s umbrella of services, he can recommend and refer you to well-known respected doctors, massage therapists, physiotherapists, and chiropractors.
