2018 classes

ABC

Abs, Glutes and Cardiovascular strength are the focus in this class. Split up into glute building and/or toning, abdominale exercises and finishes with a cardio burnout to get the heart rate up. A high demand class with great feedback. 

 

No previous experience is necessary to join this class.

 

Circuit 

This will be a pop up class, look out for it from week to week.  It can also be booked as a private class via email. This one-hour outdoor group interval training class challenges your strength, endurance, and agility through specific exercises, and also,  to get you heart reved up and burn those calories.  Our boot camp is designed with a fun approach that will challenge your personal limits. This class will make you feel great and proud of your accomplishments.

 

No previous experience is necessary to join this class.

 

Spinning

This popular one-hour class is back again this year.  The class starts with one-hour of stationary cycling.  It combines basic cycling movements with motivational coaching, breathing awareness and heart rate training. This non-impact, individually paced cardio class will definitely move you! Enjoy the great outdoor views while you ride under our tent.

 

No previous spinning experience is necessary to join this class. Space is limited to 18 participants per class.  Early sign up is recommended.

 

TRX Suspension Training

TRX is a type of training that uses gravity and your own body weight to build strength, power, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries, and increasing bone density. Get the most out of your one-hour TRX workouts with our TRX Master Trainer.

 

No previous TRX experience is necessary to join this class. Space is limited to 6 participants per class. Early sign up is recommended.

 

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is an intense workout that will make you sweat. A traditional Ashtanga practice follows the same series of poses and makes you hold each for five breaths before moving through a Vinyasa.
