Shock ABC

Abs, Booty and Cardiovascular strength are the focus in this class. Split up into glute building and/or toning, abdominale exercises and finishes with a cardio burnout to get the heart rate up. A high demand class with great feedback. 

 

No previous experience is necessary to join this class.

 

Shock Circuit 

This will be a pop up class, look out for it from week to week.  It can also be booked as a private class via email. This one-hour outdoor group interval training class challenges your strength, endurance, and agility through specific exercises, and also, to get you heart reved up and burn those calories.  Our circuit class is designed with a fun approach that will challenge your personal limits. This class will make you feel great and proud of your accomplishments.

 

No previous experience is necessary to join this class.

 

Spinning

This popular 50 minute class is back again this year.  This class is stationary cycling.  It combines basic cycling movements with motivational coaching, breathing awareness and heart rate training. This non-impact, individually paced cardio class will definitely move you! Enjoy the great outdoor views while you ride under our tent.

 

No previous spinning experience is necessary to join this class. Space is limited to 15 participants per class.  Early sign up is recommended.

 

Spin and Core

This 60 minute spin class combines not only your basic cycling movements with motivational coaching, breathing awareness and heart rate training but adds on an additional 15 minutes of core training to finish off your ride! 

 

No previous spinning experience is necessary to join this class. Space is limited to 15 participants per class.  Early sign up is recommended.

 

Shock Strong

Strength is the focus of this class. This is a repetition based class combining full body excercises and blasts of cardio between sets to increase your heart rate. Your trainer will watch the clock for you, so all you need to do is focus on your workout!
